Upgrade Spine-Leaf switch ACI to release 14.2(4i) procedure manually
1) scaricare la immagine aci-n9000-dk9.14.2.(4i).bin da un sito Cisco all’interno di un drive USB
2) collegare la USB allo switch Spine or Leaf oggetto dell’upgrade ed eseguire il copy file .bin nella /bootflash
spine# copy usb/usb1/aci-n9000-dk9.14.2.4i.bin /bootflash/
3) Verificare che la nuova image sia inserita correttamente nella bootflash
spine# dir /bootflash/

4) Verificare il corrente bootvariable per lo switch da aggiornare (verifica preventiva prima del nuovo upgrade)

5) settare la nuova release aci-n9000-dk9.14.2.4i.bit per il boot variable switch da aggiornare con i seguenti comandi:

6) Riverificare la nuova variabile di boot
spine# cat /mnt/cfg/0/boot/grub/menu.lst.local

boot aci-n9000-dk9.14.2.4i.bin
6) Eseguire il reboot dello switch attraverso il seguente comando
spine#/usr/sbin/chassis-power-cycle.sh

Lo switch prende un pò di tempo per la fase di power-off e restart.
7) Verificare la parte relativa a FPGA e BIOS attraverso il comando
spine#/bin/check-fpga.sh FpGaDoWnGrAdE
